Can't Think Of A Subject Line So Sorry...
Hey everyone!!
I don't really think that there is anything new to report on. But I haven't been hit by a car, and we haven't seen Chet again. Hopefully he's not just standing outside our flat with blundering binoculars. So sorry everybody, I have quite the imagination when it comes to this lol. I don't even think that those exist. Anyways, we haven't seen him and Sister Anderson and I have been quite safe.
We haven't found any new people to teach, and so I'm hoping that we can meet some new friends by stopping at some people's houses, and do some more street contacting.
I don't have any pictures of it, but last night we took an hour-long bus ride to go to one of the elders' friends' church to sing some Christmas carols. It was actually a lot of fun! And they decorated their church so cute.
There is one guy who has been on date since I've been here named Andrew. But he hasn't been responding to any of our texts or calls, so we went to his flat, which I actually think does not exist. We went to the address and there were flats there, but none with the number he had. We probably looked for a half hour but then we had to catch the bus. So... that was a good time.
Then on Saturday we went to Alexie Rose's birthday party. Alexie Rose is a 4 year old and her mom is a returning member. So something happened that day that made it so we could only stay at her party for 10 minutes. We told her mom that and she was so mad. So we ended up canceling that appointment so we could stay at her birthday party for longer. Then we were there for 2 hours!!! It was so long. But I kinda felt bad because it's this sweet little 4 year Olds birthday and the only people that were there were me and my comp., another missionary who was just released, and a guy that the mom used to date, but is in the ward. So I'm glad we got to stay longer, but 2 hours was way too long.
We went to the relief society party and we hung out with our friend Erin. She is so funny! She told us some really funny stories, and some things that she has done. She is quite the wild person.
Last week on pday we went to the Bullring again. I tried Boba and it was so yummy!! Also I forgot what they are called, but I also got some almonds that are glazed with sugar and cinnamon. Those were super yummy also!!
Anyways, nothing new has really happened, so let's hope that some good things happen this week! Love you all and hope you have a good week!
1. Sister Anderson and I at the Bullring
2. The carousel at the German Market also at the Bullring
3. Us on the bus
4. We didn't know what to do at the chapel so we took pictures as Mary (I was supposed to be serious but I kept laughing)
