Am I Just God's Favorite?
Okay okay... I better hurry and explain the subject line because I know that God does love us equally;)
Both places where I was born are getting a temple!! I was actually born in Cleveland Ohio, but on my mission I was "born" (meaning it was the first area) in the heart of Birmingham. So that was such a fun experience and I actually screamed when they announced Birmingham was going to get a temple. So I'm so excited that we are getting more temples!!
Okay now that I've explained myself I'm gonna start. This week was pretty good!!
So I went to the beach!! It was sooo pretty, and I feel so blessed to be in such a beautiful area. The only sad thing is that my hands got superrrrr cold. The tip of my finger actually turned purple, and the palm o f my other hand was blue. I don't know why God loves giving me issues with my hand tbh. Must be some funny joke or something. I just wanna catch a break. It's okay though we went and warmed my hands up at good ole Mcdonalds with a hot chocolate. Sister Routt dragged me there because she did not want to look at my nasty purple fingers any longer. COMP UNITY!!! how did she know I love Mcdonalds hot chocolate. But the beach was sooo amazingly pretty, and Bournemouth is just the cutest. I'm convinced.
Let's see we met a new friend this week who is so awesome! He was giving us a flier to his potato restaurant so we gave him a pass along card. He was super interested when he found out we were Christians, and wants to learn so much. He for sure watched the Saturday morning session of general conference, and he said he loved it! He wants to attend church, and meet up with us! So that was a huge miracle, and I'm really excited to meet with him.
We also had Zone Conference this week which was amazing!! We got to wake up at 4 am and take the train to Bristol. I actually love taking the train, but it was way early. I got to see Sister Cloward and my trainer Sister Anderson. I just love them both so much. So zone conference was really really good.
We had a little breakfast with our ward on Saturday, and there was this girl and she walked up to me and handed me her baby. Soooo I actually loved getting to hold a baby, it's for sure been a while.
Ummm I can't really think of anything else, but I hope you all have a great week.
Sorry I really scrambled I will put pics on next week
