Up To No Good

Hello everybody!!

I hope that you are all doing amazingly! This week was insane- so here we go.

Last week I was making crack and then we got a call that we needed to go to the chapel. I really wanted my crack so I took it to the chapel with me to make there. Then on the way home the bus driver asked what I was holding and I responded "crack". I completely forgot that I was in England and that I should probably describe what it is and come up with another name. Hopefully that bus driver didn't hear me...

Then on Saturday night we were at our friend's house for a lesson, and when we finished she walked us to the bus stop only to find some cops. They had the bus stop taped off, cops were blocking the road, and there was a crashed car. So we called the carrolls to see if they could pick us up, and while we were waiting, so many more cops came. Cops dressed all in black with the guns, a helicopter was even out, and oh my it was insane. The carrolls couldn't even get to us because so many cars were blocking the way. So the cop had my phone to get the carrolls to us, but eventually we found them and made it home at like 10:15... but we were all safe.

Our friend John is on date for baptism on Sunday!! Everybody please keep him in your prayers! He is so amazing and we will definitely need to be seeing a miracle. So pretty please pray for him. 

 

I can't think of too much else to say! The people here are amazing and I am LOVING it here! We are working with quite a few people and another one of our friends wants to be baptized! We are hoping to put her on date this week. Sister Duez is amazing, and I love her so much. Also I found out that in the French revolution it wasn't started by Marie antounette (?) Saying "let them eat cake!" The things you learn man. 

The dead squirrel was gone the next day :(
