Most Embarrassing Moment Of My Life

Hey everyone!

I hope you all had a great week! 

This week was definitely an interesting one, but it was good.

We delivered a Book of Mormon to our friend Peris who was wanting a lot of answers and just some religious guidance in her life. So I hope that it will help her. She is so incredibly faithful and has all of her trust in God. 

We also had a ton of referrals this week, and a couple of them have responded to our texts, and so we are hoping that we are able to set up meetings with them. 

On Friday we went to a Christmas Concert with some friends. It was really cool but I have no idea what they were singing. It was an opera. So I sat still for 2 and a half hours, which really surprised me lol. It started at 7 and we didn't get home until 10:29. I was very impressed that we got in before 10:30. Funny story though, we were supposed to get in at 10:18, but we were telling my phone a story and got a little distracted. We ended up walking 10 minutes the wrong way and had to basically run back to the flat. The worst part is that I had to go to the bathroom so badly. I was about to pull my pants down and pee in a bush, but I figured that may not have been the best thing to do. 

On Saturday we took an hour bus ride to drop off a card to somebody who wanted some free Christmas music. That took up quite a bit of time. Then we went back to the chapel and practiced a song that our zone is singing at zone conference on Tuesday. 

Our sacrament meeting yesterday was so good. I've had a hard time at church paying attention and really getting something from the talks, but this week I was able to listen better, and I felt the spirit so strongly. Then after church for dinner we went to the Sawyers. I don't remember if I've mentioned them before, but they are senior missionaries serving in the same ward as us and the Elder Stecher and Stoddart. Anyways, after dinner there was a party going on outside so we went and stood on the terrace so we could hear what songs they were playing. And it was kinda windy but not too bad. Anyways, I was wearing a sorta flowy dress, and I imagine that you all know where this is going. Yep. My dress started going up. But I have no idea. Sister Anderson was just holding my dress down, but I had no idea. Then I felt her touch my leg again and I saw the elders hurry and look the other way, and that's when I noticed what was happening. So I have no idea what all they saw, but it was so incredibly embarrassing. I'm so angry that it happened hahaha. I'm glad that I have a great trainer though to hold down my dress.  

So that was the most embarrassing thing that has probably ever happened to me. One day hopefully I'll be able to look back on that and just laugh. Maybe once I don't see them everyday.
